Part 4: Chafifa and Tevillah: Additional notes relating to part 4:
1. It is best to take a haircut at least three days before immersion to ensure removal of all bits of hair that may remain
2. We do not postpone mikvah from Thursday night to Friday night because a husband is away. Rather immersion should take place on Thursday night and wife should sleep with a knife under her pillow. Please consult your rav whenever mikvah may be postponed.
