The dedication ceremony was attended by local Rabbi Yitzchok Fisher, who is responsible for the city’s mikveh department , Chabad supporter David Shilo, who is the president of the Religious Council, Ronen Zinger of the Religious Council and head of the Mikveh Council, and Rabbi Mendy Dubrawsky, menahel of Kollel Mishkan Menachem.
